William L. Sanborn, R.E.A. #02690

Active in the Environmental field for more than thirty years, Mr. Sanborn has held positions at several Santa Clara Valley companies ranging from Regulatory Engineer to Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Manager.  His consulting experience covers permitting in many areas, waste water treatment plant installation, site closures, environmental and safety training, environmental audits, site remediation projects, and environmental, safety and health site assessments.  Active in several professional organizations, Mr. Sanborn is a founder and past President of Santa Clara Regional Industrial Preparedness Teams (SCRIPT), President of the Board of Safety Training Alliance Resource, Inc. (STAR).    Mr. Sanborn also serves on the Board of Directors for the Peninsula Builders Exchange.

Mr. Sanborn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University, Boston.

Michael E. Gingrass, R.E.A. #00020

Mr. Gingrass has over twenty five years experience in the Environmental field.  His experience covers emergency response team management, training in hazardous material and hazardous waste procedures, environmental assessments, audits, waste minimization, site remediation, budgeting, and project management.  Active in industry organizations, Mr. Gingrass has served on several committees involved in the development of environmental legislation at local, regional and State levels.

Mr. Gingrass holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from San Jose State University and a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco.

Dale R. Thrasher, R.E.A. # 02857,   CET

Mr. Thrasher has more than twenty three years experience in all aspects of environmental operations: emergency response; regulatory analysis and compliance; program administration.  He has been involved in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of systems for hazardous waste and waste water treatment, remediation and recycling.  He has hands on experience conducting hazardous materials compliance, environmental liability and due diligence audits at numerous manufacturing facilities throughout the United States.

Mr. Thrasher holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Glenville State College, West Virginia. Mr. Thrasher also holds certificates in Hazardous Materials Management, Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response and is a Certified Trainer.

John Simpson

Jeffrey F. Chang, P. E. # 24393

A registered civil engineer, Mr. Chang has over twenty five years experience in design, construction and project management.  Most recently, Mr. Chang has been responsible for managing major environmental projects requiring extensive excavation of contaminated soils and the installation of groundwater treatment systems.

Mr. Chang holds a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from Feng Cha University in Taiwan and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University.
